We were assigned this firm by our insurance company . We didn’t choose them, they were chosen for us unfortunately. Without going into detail of our case, suffice to say, we were sued by someone who was injured because he failed to follow OSHA safety guidelines He then sued everyone he could regardless of our involvement.. From the beginning, it was our opinion that the objective of our attorney was never to prove our innocence , but rather to just get the plaintiff paid regardless of the stack of proof of innocence. We never felt that our attorney familiarized herself with the facts of the case at all. We produced date/time stamped evidence along with witness statements that were NEVER used. Long story short, before all evidence could be shown, mediation was scheduled, and the pay

these people represented a recalcitrant workman’s comp insurer i was covered by when injured at work. to say they use excessively sharp practice is an understatement. they, acting on behalf of the insurer, acted in the most bad faith possible. i was reminded of an unscrupulous prosecutor fabricating a narrative completely removed from reality, an egregious misrepresentation of facts and willful blindness to actual evidence. delay was their other tactical tool; they dragged the case out for years, of course refusing payment for anything (they refused to even pay for the ambulance transport to the hospital in an ambulance called by my employer). this blatant rejection of any ethical or realistic responsibility ruined my credit rating, forced me into homelessness. moral lepers.

I called to get an estimate and was treated very rudely on the phone. The lady spoke to me like I didn’t have $5000 to spend and was really short with me. What made it worse is they never bothered to call me back or even follow up — no courtesy at all. Completely unprofessional and honestly left me pretty pissed off. I’d look elsewhere.

Accidentally pulled into this lot thinking it was public parking — the layout and proximity to nearby public lots make it confusing, especially for those unfamiliar with the area. Once I realized my mistake, I tried to leave but couldn’t — turns out you need a token from their office just to exit. I had to walk all the way around the building to get it. The receptionist did give me one, but her tone felt unnecessarily curt and accusatory, even after I explained it was an honest mistake. I understand they’ve likely dealt with this before, but better signage and a more gracious process would go a long way in avoiding these awkward encounters.

I had court appointed attorney from here and I wasn't impressed at all.im not a big fan of court system because I don't trust anyone that has the ability to help people and families and make a difference and chooses to tank a case knowing that it's all lies and hearsay but it didn't matter what was said right or wrong.. what attorney treats a client who is disabled and can barely stand or walk and only has partial vision due to diabetes.. she didn't cross examination or do any closing arguments and that told me that it was fixed and designed to destroy my character and used my daughter to do it..that is just cold and unprofessional.she literally ignored everything I was telling her that was a lie by the liar testifying bout our case and also lied about the details that mattered and the cou
