Deb Walters at Carolina One highly recommended using Foti Law firm for closing on our house and they were fantastic! Very nice and professional from start to finish! Jimmy and Deb both took time away from family and came into the office on a Friday after the 4th on a holiday weekend to make sure we got closed on our home so we could move in that weekend. That meant so much to us! We highly recommend Foti Law Firm! Excellent experience!

The ladies that do all the leg work in the front office were very kind. The morning we went to close on our house they canceled due to not having the proper paper work needed to close. The Attorney had no sympathy with the situation and it was there fault. After they received the proper paperwork He decided he didn't want to do our closing. In this time we were all moved out because we closed on our other house, so we were homeless until we found another attorney to take care of our closing, He had no remorse . Poor communication and and lack of respect for others. We were devastated and homeless. I highly don't recommend this Law Firm!
