If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Everyone was great and attentive to my case and me and my daughter needs. When my case became difficult Gena fought for me during the toughest times. I’ll recommend this firm to anyone that needs a great family law attorney!

I hired Ashley at Fournier law based on two things: The need for a business valuation of a small family-owned business. And the need for a correct calculation of marital equity in my nonmarital home. I was told Ashly could handle both. She did not handle either correctly. She also had a hard time with my financial affidavit...she spent (and charged me for*) several hours reclassifying Discover and AMEX accounts to liabilities (despite the fact they were labeled "High Yield SAVINGS Accounts"), and trying to (incorrectly) recalculate things. The week before mediation, I paid another attorney to thoroughly review my stuff (who verified Ashley's calculation of marital equity was nearly $100K OFF). The other attorney prepared me better for mediation in one weekend than Ashley ever would have.

Gena has a "win it all" mentality, which is good unless you have nothing you're trying to win other than a fair settlement. If you have a simple case, Gena is gonna blow it out of proportions and cost you thousands more than what's needed. Even the judge during the child custody case said Gena needs to figure this case out because she is dragging it on too long for 2 young individuals that do not have much to their names

Fournier represented me in a abuse/custody case. This case was continuous and complicated in many ways. Three years to completion. After three years of experience I can confidently recommend this law office. I wouldn’t trust another law office with my family!!!!!!!! Thanks Ashley, Gena, Susan, and everyone else in the office!
