Most staffs are very slow, lazy, rude, and irresponsible. Their organization is quite messy. Their employees comes and goes quickly, and they are pretty bad on transferring tasks. May cases were leaved behind the table forever. So, don't assume they would keep an eye on your case. If you don't push them, they never work actively, and you would miss deadlines one by one. They care nothing but charging you fees.
