I have called, emailed and left voicemails for 15 months trying to resolve a billing issue with an HOA, and never received a response. I finally get an email back on a chain of emails I sent saying they’ve contacted me “multiple “ times, which is completely untrue. I have disputed the amounts every time while attaching all my payment receipts in the emails, and they still put an incorrect lien on my home.
