Elizabeth Fulton was assigned to be the mediation attorney over the custody case for my daughter. On the day of mediation, she was 30 minutes late. this was a video conference mediation. She was handling multiple mediations at one time. It is apparent, that she is running a mediation mill. Stacking up as many as she can to collect as much money as she can. She made me feel rushed and pressured during every decision. Often hissing and sighing. When 5 PM came she made it clear that she was done. but she said that we could continue on another day. So once again, on another day we continued on via video conference. Only this time she made it clear that she was only there for a few minutes. Before there was ever even a true mediated settlement agreement between my ex-wife and I, Mrs. Fulton

Elizabeth Fulton is a dishonest and unethical human being. I did a remodel for her and even though she said she was very pleased with the work, refused to pay. I don't know how well she advocates for her clients as an attorney. I simply know she cannot be trusted!

If I could give her a zero I would. She has zero empathy for mothers. Her unethical practices are obvious. Just stay away.

If I could give her a zero I would!!! She makes you wait months for help because she’s too “busy” to help a single mother! I hope this goes higher and something is done about this!

I've used her services twice in a divorce and annulment, Liz provided excellent counsel allowing me to retain everything.
