If you value your time, money, and legal matter, I would strongly reconsider hiring this firm. I retained Craig Chartier in a serious deed fraud case involving my home and paid approximately $8,000 in fees. I expected proactive litigation, strategic discovery, and transparent billing. Instead, I found myself uncovering and organizing the bulk of the fraud evidence on my own. During deposition, key questions were not asked unless I directed them. Discovery that should have been pursued was not meaningfully advanced. Over a year later, critical discovery materials were still not produced to me in usable form. I explicitly instructed, both in writing and verbally, that I was to be notified before my retainer was exhausted. That did not happen. Billing was based solely on the firm’s intern
