I really have to say i have had 2 garnishments with barry j gammon's the first one wasn't great but this time i had a payment plan and they where good to me i have to say and all the ladies in the office where really nice and courteous so thank you for doing me right BarryJGammons law office 5 stars.

The assistant to the lawyer the lady is very rude. She talked to me like I owed her the money. I was asking a simple question and seeing what I can do and her response was like annoyed and I already knew about my debt. I lost my job and she didn’t care. I going to report this office the BBB!

Absolutely disgraceful. Barry and Gammons Law Office is the most unprofessional and inhumane organization I’ve ever dealt with. I had a payment plan and missed one single payment due to life circumstances. Instead of reaching out or offering any grace, they immediately went for wage garnishment the very next week. No warning. No call. No chance to make it right. When I tried to talk to them, they refused to speak with me at all. I was hung up on over the phone, and when I went to their office in person, I was literally told “not my problem,” had the door slammed in my face, and treated like I didn’t even deserve to be spoken to like a human being. My experience dealing with this law office has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They initiated actions without providing proper notification or following the necessary procedures, which caused undue stress and inconvenience. When I attempted to address the matter, their staff displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to communicate effectively. It’s deeply concerning that a firm handling legal matters would overlook basic procedural requirements and disregard clear lines of communication. I would caution anyone working with this office to be vigilant, as my experience suggests a lack of thoroughness and respect for proper process.

I had a death in my family and forgot about a personal debt with these monsters. I urge anyone not to participate in anything involving this company. I encourage anyone not to take out a loan with these companies. You borrow money and pay it back the same day if you can. They send you a letter in the mail, pay them online, and keep your receipts in records. If you get any information from this company, pay them and move on. I made a mistake taking out a payday loan during the pandemic, and my job cut my hours. Take it from me as a lesson: leave those companies alone. They are designed to take people to court and are a trap! I wish I could give them a 0 star.
