I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Jorge, who was very rude during our conversation. When I requested to speak with his manager, Kim Webster, I was instead directed to another male employee who also displayed rudeness. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I plan to file a formal complaint with the board and reach out to Kim, as I believe this office needs to address its lack of professionalism. Update: I was informed by a young lady on the phone that it’s a family owned business the male I was transferred to is the owner and there is no such thing as Kim being the manager. State Farm sold my account to them so I will give State Farm a call so they can be more selective next time. Jorge is not an attorney simply an assistant. Figures!

They send you notices saying your in default but do not answer or return phone calls no matter what time of day or day you call or how many messages you leave to discuss.

The most polite people and very efficient staff. To say also they treat people as individuals. I would recommend Steven Garner to anyone in need ...
