I recently came across a disturbing video going viral involving one of the individuals from this firm. In the video, she falsely claimed she never received her order, which directly caused someone else to lose their job. When confronted, instead of taking responsibility, she was rude, dismissive, and full of excuses with zero remorse for the harm she caused. Her behavior and overall demeanor were appalling. If this is the type of person this firm chooses to employ or represent, it speaks volumes about their values. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone

The receptionist Rebecca needs to be fired! Her demeanor is very rude & she shows no training in how to speak to people in a respectable manner. If this is the people you hire to represent your law firm at the front desk, your law firm is not to be trusted.
