The courts,suggest reaching out to this office they don't handle those cases. They don't answer the phones. They have a list of service listed it says legal representation they.then say they don't handle legal situations

Horrible service. Their phones don’t work until 9:45 am ,but stop taking applications at 12 even tho they don’t close till 5. I’ve call every Monday & Wednesdayfor the past 3 months. They give you the run around, always saying that the intake line is closed or that they’re not taking applications to try again the following week. The following week comes and it’s the same thing over and over again. They do not care nor do they take in consideration that they are giving you the run around and lying to you. It’s quite sad that they don’t care enough to actually do their job.

Very unprofessional. One of their “staff attorneys “ has been sending me about 10+ emails daily harassing me about some false accusations and “hear say” her “client” has told her . For someone who claims to be an attorney she had zero knowledge about the CARES act statues that ended the waiving of late fees July 31 ,2020 , as well as the current CDC order . This woman was told the same facts/answers 20 times and still chooses to email and harass me about something she already has the answer too. It seems this establishment should further educate their attorneys if they are going to allow them to be representing them. My attorney has reviewed the emails and i have paid him a retainer as of today to handle this harassing attorney and company. I was very patient with her and even quoted the

I just had an very unprofessional experience with this company. Very rude and stated that Georgia is not a friendly free family State. Meaning no rights for tenants, only landlords. And hung up on me. I read the others reviews and I don't understand why they are still in business if they can't help the people that pay taxes.

They were so helpful in helping me overcome a wrongful eviction. They offer services for free and make sure they stay in touch until your situation is resolved. Good people
