Wenndy Glasbrenner hanging attorney at Georgia legal services sabotaged my parents will against their own will. She's biased. A phone was made to her about few changes in their POA for their medical needs as well as their last wish and final testament as is done with many people as they get older it's normal. She interviewed both of them individually and when she was at the house she also used interpreter for my mother notvthe father. Theyexplained to Ms. Glasbrenner what they would like done which was very basic and she said she will be back again for their review and signature, but she never emailed or called and instead when I called on my Parents behalf she made falls accusations about me. The attorney without any communications abandoned my parents case, and she laughed about it ..I

These people are just like anybody else you call… crooked and only out to better them and there pockets… I had a garnishment case witch they said they do… only they couldn’t give me anything on mine… wanted to know from who, and then asked my age and some other personal questions to see I didn’t fit there criteria of the case they wanted…. All I wanted was some advice!! Isn’t that what you do there??… just kept telling me that they are not attorneys and couldn’t help me…. Then why the hell are you all called what your called… what was so scary about giving advice to poor people??? People are people!!… no matter there class they are in or how much money they have…. Hope you all know what to say when god comes to callin….

I used Georgia Legal Aid Gainesville years ago and they handle my situation and did a incredible job. I highly recommend for legal issues and advice. It might take a little time, but that's part of the process and I had the ending results I expected. I just referred to a friend and they are excited to be working with you as well. Thank you!

It's good if they have someone that can help you, but you don't always get help just because you have low income and can't afford an attorney. I had a civil case and was told no one in my area could help me with my case. Sorry, and she hung up on me. I thought they had attorneys in all areas to help with all cases to help those who couldn't afford an attorney. I found out different. What do you do when you can't afford an attorney, can't find one that does Pro Bono cases and at the last minute you find a firm that will take you but you need an extension because when you was served you had less than 2 1/2 weeks to find someone. You get to court and beg for the judge's mercy for an extension to where you could have someone fight for you as your ex-husband has someone to fight for him. It's D

A friend contacted this office a for landlord tenant issue against an unlawful eviction. Wendy Glasbrenner was the attorney who spoke with my friend , she was rude, mean, and unkind. She spoke in such a hateful tone and refused to assist her even though she met all the requirements. She lived in the county which they assist in, she is low income and she had a landlord tenant issue, In my opinion I believe she declined to help my friend because she is black. The federally funded program is constructed to help low income residents with civil legal services regardless of their race.
