Be aware - never have a deal with this business. They do real estate business, so I was their tenant (489 2nd Ave, 10016) for 2 years. The first year was so-so (we had a lot of problems because it was old building), but the second year was horrible - no building management, no cleaning at all, a lot of garbage on backyard and in a floor inside of the building, extremely dirty. As a consequence of this - ROACHES! They attacked my apartment especially at nighttime, they just went from lobby to my room through the threshold. To talk about with landlord (Joseph Giaimo) - wasting of time. Very disrespectful and rude person. So, I bought poison, cleaned and sanitized area in front of my entrance door by myself.
