Worst experience ever with Manager Karla at this law firm. Staff not much more helpful. 27 phone calls in 1 month and couldn’t get a return call and they act like it never happened. It did and l have all the calls. It’s bad enough to go thru so much medical issues and all the red tape involved, but to have your Attorneys office make you feel less important or not at all? When you feel like you have to beg for something that should be told to you especially when you are the one paying them, you would think you would be treated like a human being at the least. This world is UGLY enough as it is. This office just added to so much hate and evil and did nothing wrong but to ask the same question 27 times and no one could return my call. Today they flipped it on me like it was me. How sad… l hop
