Glasser and Glasser

I have spent over a month trying to get someone on the phone to set-up a payment plan, I left at least 15 voicemails with the phone number I was originally given. I finally found this number, called 5 days ago only to be sent to the automated line 4x despite explaining I had already called that number a ridiculous amount of times. I was then hung up on twice before finally getting someone to listen when I said my next call would be to the BBB. She assured me she was sending all my information to all of the managers and leads... I called back today, 5 days later, only to be told by the woman I spoke to that she had no record of me calling 🙄 I've once again been promised a phone call by tomorrow morning. If I don't receive that phone call I absolutely will be contacting the BBB, but my next

They are just bad business I understand that type of business that they are but they have horrible communication. When you try to get in contact with someone and they never reach out in response. When you get in contact with somebody they asks did you reach out. I think their goal is to make their clients lives miserable. They are never consistent and they give nothing but excuses.

Had a small debt with them that I payed and the process was easy. Needed documents of proof of satisfaction a few weeks after I payed. I called and left a message and they returned the call and within 24 hours had my documents. Very friendly and professional.

I have been trying to call since being served and no one ever answers the phone. Today someone called me back and when I answered they said hello and hung up! This is now intentional. I have left an email and also completed their contact form on their website and still no response. I will defend this in court since it now is apparent that they want to garnish my wages. I am a single mom with a jr in high school I need to be able to fund my life for the next few years and this is setting me up for failure.

I had to call a few times and send a email before speaking with someone but once I did, I was very pleased with the help I received. Representative Jarmia has been a pleasure to work with as we resolved my debt. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness during this process.
