Goldberg Segalla represented Domino’s in a federal case in the Northern District of New York. From my direct experience, their litigation approach appeared centered on delay, procedural maneuvering, and wearing down an individual litigant rather than addressing the merits. Communication was dismissive, and the strategy felt designed to obstruct accountability and protect corporate interests at all costs. Effective for large corporations—but deeply concerning from a fairness and ethics standpoint.
