Goldstein & Weinstein

I got arrested couple years back for domestic violence and some drugs they found around where I got arrested. They was offering 6 months in jail or trial. I hire him after being recommended. On the first day of trial they dismiss the case because he put so much pressure on the prosecutor since they had no informant show up and she was being sloppy about getting DNA finger prints pn the bag where the drugs was at. I have to say definitely thankful. Just recommended him someone else and they liked him. (he expensive and always wants money)

We retained this firm for a criminal case in the Bronx and they did absolutely nothing. The attorney that was helping us was David and he was doing pretty well, but he retired and his partner Michael took over the case and he is the worst. He wanted my boyfriend to take an offer and when he refused to plea guilty to something he did NOT do, he got upset and said “fine I guess we’re going to trial I am going to need an additional $5,000” and walked away. RUDE!!! We decided to get another attorney because we had already paid them $12,000 and they obviously only care about making money not helping the clients. Osvaldo Gonzalez is the name of the attorney we retained and he got the case dismissed in less than two weeks and charged us 3 times less than this firm. I do not recommend!
