Gone

Called and left 3-4 voice mails to inquire about my debt. They finally call me back and the man Chris was incredibly unprofessional. I asked why my payment hadn’t posted cause I didn’t know it could take a month to post and he said well paid and made a payment are two different things in a smart tone: like ok my bad maybe explain that I don’t know how it works isn’t that your job?? I had a simple question and his answer were short and snarky. Sorry you’re having a tough Monday but do better.

They are great! This is, unfortunately my second time to use Gone, and I'm always too lazy to write any review. But gone helped me with my eviction and kept me headache free, they know what they are doing and the prices are great. During second time, I had a lot of questions and issues that I constantly bugged Chris for updates and answers. He took time to answered all my questions and didn't try to brush me off or anything, which I really, really appreciated. He even helped me worked with tenants on some of the issues. I hope I don't have to go to them again, but I will recommend others to go to them in times of need.

I found out I have a collection from 2013 and this company holds the collection. I've been calling 2 to 3 times a week to work with them to take care of this debt, but I cannot even get a call back to talk to them. I call them and all I get is, I'll talk to the manager and get back to you, yet have not received 1 call back. This manager refuses to do their job. I'd be happy to fix this review if I could actually get some help with my problem.

Working with Gone was a pleasant experience. They work with you and understand the struggle. Great customer service.
