If I could give zero stars, I would. This attorney completely failed in her duty to guide her client honestly and responsibly through the immigration process. She gave false information about a double entry on the client’s record, telling her it wasn’t a problem even though it absolutely is and can severely affect someone’s eligibility for a green card. This lie, along with misinformation about the fingerprint and background check process, led to the client being denied legal residency and stranded outside the country during her process in Juárez. The client was supposed to be making her legal entry into the United States — instead, she was left in a devastating situation in a foreign country. And after taking the client’s money, this attorney disappeared. She stopped answering calls, off

Our whole experience with Luzmina was disappointing to say the least. Her office messed up our address on my husbands paperwork and instead of correcting her mistake she would never return our calls when we did call and lied about putting the wrong address in. HOWEVER- her receptionists told my husband that they had the wrong address listed and so did immigration. We got approved for my husbands DACA in February and only JUST received his card in June because of her mistakes. If you want to pay a lawyer way too much money for her to do nothing but make mistakes and then never own up to them and fix those mistakes...THEN LUZMINA IS FOR YOU! If not, save yourself some money and time and go with someone else!

Luzmina knows what she's doing and won't beat around the bush. She's straightforward, which is great because from the beginning, you know what's expected. She's extremely thorough and takes times with clients.

If i could rate zero i would . She was working on my Dad’s case and didn’t do anything but take his money she was no help at all , So we switched to another lawyer who was excellent !

The worst. Would give zero stars if I could. Took my uncles money and never submitted his paperwork.
