I had high hopes for Gooding and Batsel PLLC, especially after witnessing one of their attorneys perform admirably at a special master hearing. However, my experience with them quickly soured. Despite promptly setting up a meeting with their firm, they had me waiting a week for a call then failed to follow through. When I reached out to inquire, their excuse of being busy felt more like a brush-off. Attempting to reschedule proved futile as their secretary couldn't commit an attorney to a time to contact me. Ultimately she did kindly informed me they had no time for my case.

I have used Jimmy Gooding for over 20 years and have found him very helpfully and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.
