Elizabeth is unresponsive to inquiries that don’t benefit her. She even provides false information to make money, disregarding how it may harm clients’ lives. Be cautious.

Getting a visa, green card or citizenship status is too important to be put in the hands of someone who doesn't give you enough time or support. Firstly, it must be said that our green card application was made right before the pandemic and in the midst of USCIS budget cuts by the former administration. This made the whole process take a much longer time than expected (estimate was 1 year, actual was 2 years 9 months). This obviously can't be blamed on Goss&Associates. With that said, however, the service provided was far from satisfactory. Given the importance that immigration status has on the lives of those applying for it, you'd expect your lawyer to offer guidance and show some empathy - none of those can be found with Elizabeth Goss.
