Just found out a Lawyer from this office failed to tell me that she had filed my divorce as a private case. My name and ex spouse is nowhere in the child support system even though she faked submitting the garnished paperwork to the court in a statement and in at least 3-4 phone calls with me. This is corruption and manipulation of a parent and child. Now I need to start completely over. Unsure if even the RI Court can help me since my divorce was hidden completely. This lawyer really defended my ex spouse who got away with enough in terms of domestic violence, theft, and assault. Absolutely insane.

Very bad customer service. Lawyer never returns calls and never communicates anything with you concerning any case you may have with them. You have to call them and if they call you back it is a miracle. It would have been better for me to seek a free court appointed lawyer.

Horrible customer service been almost 3 years for a rear end which I was told was open an close. Never answers the phone HARDLY EVER calls back, an when they do answer they say they’ll call back an never do. Will never refer or use once case is resolved. Now that the holidays are near & with everything going on you’d think they hand me a check especially after I got an estimate. Nope!

They are great lawyers and they have such great personalities they make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst and trashiest place you could choose. There is one helpful woman named Jenny there. Everyone else is useless.
