I am a Grubhub driver. The customer placed an order from Baja Fresh on Ming Avenue through the Marketplace. The name on the order was Anna P. I arrived at the delivery address, 615 California Avenue, and handed the order directly to the customer. However, I did not receive payment because the customer, listed as Anna P. or Annacelli P., reported that the order was not received.

I didn't go in for there service but I definitely stand behind what they do al&& how they serve the community is a great way to show appreciation && really know that they care about individuals and the circumstances they are going threw. I unfortunately didn't have an opportunity to experience there service because what I needed help with they dont assist with.

I'm in early stages of consultation with GBLA, however they have all been supportive, knowledgeable, & are providing me with excellent service. Thank you!

Review for GBLA (Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance): I’m very disappointed with my experience at GBLA. Every time I’ve called or asked for help, I’ve been dismissed or passed around. I’m a low-income tenant trying to follow the proper legal steps, but instead of receiving clear guidance or compassion, I’ve been told things like “we don’t handle that” with no direction on where to go next. GBLA’s website and mission say they help with housing and eviction cases, but in reality, it feels like no one wants to take the time to listen or connect me to real resources. When people are scared and trying to do things the right way, we need kindness and clear help — not to be made to feel like a burden. Just give a raid to some one,I was outside waiting but it's so hot 104 f, a lady toll me to wait inside and asked for water to another lady and tell me no water, then I see a security guard come in grab his water bottle and then go to get water for himself , at this point I fell shame for those people who denied a water.
