Robert Greenwald was appointed to me just before the Covid 19 pandemic hit. Upon being appointed days before an appearance before the court, Mr. Greenwald came to the Gwinnett County Jail to do the initial consultation with me. He understood fully my legal situation and the meeting ended. Within 2 days when I went to court he had 2 motions prepared to have the case dismissed!! They had been filed and delivered to required parties! The virus then hit and my motion hearing was placed in limbo. During this time this great attorney didn't stop pushing for my release. I don't know how good he is if he is your "paid" attorney but if you get him as a court appointed attorney, forget about it. You are just another case for him that he is in a hurry to dispose of. Will take any deal and will not fight for your rights. Do not expect to get treated with any respect whatsoever from this man. He appears to have forgotten that we are all humans.
