So this people are the total amateurs! They had the audacity to serve my home for someone I never heard of. Never even bothered to do any kind of research or reach out first to confirm if I ever heard of someone like that. Then when I call them and tell them about it they act like they are the big know it all deal and just hang up! Money hungry total amateurs! You will he hearing from my lawyer!

Let’s be real, no one likes a collection, and as much as I hated it, I was garnished. I had plenty of time to reach out and make arrangements, but just kept avoiding it. I called and was extremely rude with a worker, and regretted the conversation and how I mistreated the woman trying to explain it to me when I was angry. Not with her or the firm, but with myself that I let it get to that point. I took a few moments to collect my thoughts and called back and apologize for how I spoke, and treated this employee, and was able to listen with reason what was happening. She handled me better than I could have handle someone like me in the moment and assured me the process and after to release to the credit agencies. I’m telling y’all reading, just be an adult and listen to the options I was

I was overcharged by the firm. I believe intentionally. They handled a garnishment and it was paid in full. Creditor even gave me paperwork showingg 0 balance. But they insisted I still owed 118.00. Then said 294.00. I called to fight it. His bodyguard whom she sounded like a football player. Said nothing we can do so sorry. Then I found Greg's Email. He replied once. Then ghosted me as they tend to hide when they know they are just trying to TAKE extra money for there benefit. It took me weeks to clear this this up. Crooks and should be investigated. I have sent all documentation to channels 3 and 10 but I did get my over paid money back after my job did there investigation. No thanks to PUGH. DO NOT USE RHESE HEARTKESS PEOPLE

This organization erroneously garnished my employer and I sent the documentation to prove to them that I did not owe the debt, 4 days later they put a lien on my bank account. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and Melissa (staff) advised me that she was "sorry" and was sending a copy of the disposition to me. I called them back and told MELISSA I never got the disposition and I had USAA on the phone who said they never go it either, she then assured me she was sending the disposition to me and my bank. 5 minutes later I get a email stating she will not be sending the disposition to me and I will need to go to the courts and get it. I called the courts and was advised they misinformed me and there is NO record of them filing anything with the courts. I called Melissa back who very rudely advise
