After several years of retaining Gregg Weiss as my Attorney, I have never had any problems until now. This Law office continually did not return calls, and I was told that my case was basically not worth the fight. After, several attempts to talk to Gregg Weiss about the case, I was told over and over that he did not have a good case. In writing I asked to be released from Gregg's representation. I requested in the letter please send me any information I needed to complete this process. This would have included the amount of his legal fees, so I could pay the bill; however, I received a letter of release with the intent to lien, and his law office to be listed as the co-payee on any settlement payout. 1.
