My public adjuster assigned my roofing litigation to GTS Law. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating due to their abysmal communication practices. Despite reaching out multiple times in the last two years, I am still waiting to receive a single returned call from the firm.

If I can give 0 starts it would be perfect. They never answered the calls. It is like nobody works there. After 2 years they transferred my case to a new Lawyer thank GOD.

Attorney Omar Bakos was professional, kind, answered all of my questions, and got me a resolution that allowed me to fix my roof and my cast iron pipes. I don't know where I would be without his help.

Please don’t believe anything I never even spoke to PA Omar Baske to find out almost a year that he drop my case no letter no notice at all no E Mail yes from Hurricane Ian and was told he dropped my case because I was to far because from his office in Miami Florida to Deland Florida was to far of a distance for him to drive after having his solicitor come to my house telling me they was working with my Insurance pure lies
