I first thought this was an okay lawyer, at first! Started questioning that immediately after calling or in person, where even though you tell him your name...........he gets you confused with someone else and doesn't know much about your case, even though he should(because he's agreed to take it prior to these phone calls or visits.) Always referred to something being pretrial, when it's really a preliminary hearing(due to it being custody and not criminal.) He told us we could get contempt of court if we didn't follow the court order, with specific times and days of visits...........even though we were. Not saying anything about the father not following anything at all, set forth by the court(the very next day after the visitation order was set or anytime thereafter.) Said we didn't have

Worst family lawyer ever. All allegations against me were false. He made no effort to offer a defense for me. He also consulted the other party on the case prior to contacting me for retainment. He was rude and condescending from day one and even though he was supposed to representing me he aided the other party in their win. He treated me like I was a criminal without doing any research or investigating. Ohio is supposed to be a mother state and he did nothing to help me get my kids back from their father whom kidnapped them and said I had abandoned them. He is not a good lawyer.

Very experienced lawyer who obviously knows what he is talking about, has the experience to tackle any case and is very professional, trustworthy and someone you can count on when you really need a lawyer who knows the law, the judges, the other lawyers and prosecutors etc in the area! Highly recommend!

Presented with a long difficult case but Attorney Gunnoe got it done. I appreciate the communication be provided through out the case. He is motivated, professional and diligent. I plan on using his services for future legal cases.
