I was in a car accident Sep 2018 and hired this group for services. It has been a year since my accident and I have yet to receive any accurate information from my lawyer and his staff. Every time I call them they say the same thing, “we should have an offer byFriday” just say it’s a year later and I still don’t have an offer. They don’t put forth the effort to communicate with the ppl that hired them. They handled my fathers end of life paperwork for him. He passed away and I called them about probate and was told by the young man who answered the phone that I need to pay a $200 consultation fee. I didn't ask for a consult, I asked for them to handle probate as I reside in another state.
