I was referred to this law office but had a terrible experience. My mother first called seeking help, and she was treated poorly, so I tried calling myself. The person answering the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She cut me off multiple times, raised her voice, and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining why I was calling. When I told her she was being rude and that I was looking for legal services, she hung up on me. For a law office that is supposed to help people, this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

My family has used Gustavo for years we definitely have kept him in the family from my mom to my sis and even used him for my divorce . He really is a great divorce attorney.

Hate this place. They have the worst service, rip off, and their all liars. You can't never talk to the lawyer they only tell they'll call you back and never do. When I was going to them for service the lady Norma who was suppose to manage my case was never available. Therefore there was another lady the main lawyer Mr Gustavo's (assistant) Lety helping. She'd say I don't know how i got involved with this case. I'm only helping you because I feel bad you can't get a hold of the person who should be helping you Norma and she doesn't call you back. And everytime I spoke to her she would always blame and point fingers on all the other staff and not herself. She even became argumentative with me and yelling. Gustavo was very professional and helped me with my parking tickets I received during school. He responded in a timely manner and was available to help me at any time. I would 100% recommend!
