Unprofessional, wasted my time. I applied for one of their apartments and they said they had accepted it. The day before the signing, they brought up a 5 year old gym debt and fully-paid dental payment plan and used that as an excuse to pull out of the deal. I literally have zero debt. Be skeptical, they're playing games.

My girlfriend and I applied for one of their apartments. When we showed up to the viewing with the real estate agent we were honest with him, we said one of us has excellent credit and the other has bad credit. He told us to lie on the application and say it was just the one with good credit moving in (even though he collected an application fee for each person) and our application wound up being accepted. Then AFTER accepting our application the management company calls one of our references who did not say anything bad about us but did say that there was two of us so management then decides after accepting the application that they are going to deny because of the one person with bad credit even though we applied exactly how the agent said to and they already accepted it with the person

I am a tenant in one of their buildings and they are the worst management ever. Check out my review for “Terrace Court Apartments”, their building on 93rd st and Riverside Dr. Our building is not properly maintained and it is Impossible to get the Habermans to care or actually get things done.

One of worst management office I ever seen , shame about them. They not making money that why they complained. I believed there is way make them learn the lesson. Loser .
