They actually have quite an amazing group in general who are VERY responsive, friendly and really take their line of work very seriously. Especially when things get rocky on certain transactions, they have been more than knowledgable and accommodating on handling the situation and finding a solution. All my clients have been very satisfied with their closings. It's also a plus when Justin can bring in some laughs at the closing table for my clients to smile at. Mary Adams is a disrespectful lawyer. From the first interaction, she was rude and gave me a hard time. Mary just lost another client.

Customer service is very disappointing front desk associate needs training on how to deal with people also they tried to use fear tactics to get me to pay for repairs after closing I had an escrow agreement for a large amount of money for septic repairs which I made repairs and provided invoice they held my money hostage refusing to payout funds due to buyer asking for repairs post close that I was no way liable for do use this company they are very shady please educate yourself I do not recommend doing any buisness with this company very shady things going on here.
