Do not use this company to close on your title they will hold the title hostage. They will not allow you to pick your own title insurance when you’re buying in the area. They also accused me of not having the money for closing is a discrimination against a woman buying by herself. I was told to my face by the lawyer at closing when I’m walking in with a $60,000 check I was accused of giving them a fraudulent check before they even received it Total discrimination against woman and I was yelled at on the phone by the Assistant that I was not allowed to pick my own title company because the real estate agent in the area was rubbing shoulders with this office
