Customer Reviews
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Top-notch professional. I had a simple real estate transaction that I had been trying to get completed thru another attorney for weeks. Eric did most of the work right over the phone - in minutes! Nash (his assistant) is personable, friendly and helpful. The entire transaction was completed and I had the deed in my hand in record time! Thank you, gentlemen! Sam
excellent work! fought for my judgement and received it!
We hired Eric Hamill as our lawyer for buying a house. At first we weren't eye to eye and thought he didn't care for situation but he had a trial that week so we carried on with it. But we needed a contract written up and we explained we needed it by the end of the week and we got told they would try their best. Sure enough, it was done on time. And from there on out, everything went fast and smooth. The seller for the house was giving us issues 2 days before closing and he was very professional about the situation and insured us that we wouldn't go down without a fight. Not exact words but thats what we took from it. Seller ended up changing his mind and sold us our house. Professional, nice and understanding. Didn't charge us a lot as to what I expected.
I'll let you know when my case is resolved. In the beginning everyone wants to help you final resolve is what happens. My case should be dismissed. It Shouldn't even have to go to a trial. The initial probable cause was proven false last January yet I'm still being held hostage on it from false charges they created nine days later. That should have been logged against the police I'm racially trying to get in touch with him repeatedly about malicious prosecution the illegal actions by the whole system he seems to be covering for them if his actions change I will post them here.
Was able to help me right away with starting the process to have a new deed changed into my name after my divorce processed in NY. Highly recommended
