Whatever you do and how desperate you are, DO NOT get service from Garcia. He doesn’t answer his phone or update you on the case and when you do get a hold of him, he will charge you and tell you that’s he’s working on it or then pretend there issues or whatever excuse he thinks of. Or do something with the case right there and then when you talk on the phone with him and then charge you for it. He literally does bare minimum and will tell you “boys will be boys” and not much he can do. Fair warning if you want real help and guidance and someone to represent you don’t go to Garcia.

Customer service and returning phone calls times three never happened when calling this office. But then calling the attorney I did hire and gossiping about me to her was pretty low. I am not sure whether to call the demeaning information gossip or slander, but either way it was unbecoming of an attorney to try to make me look bad for doing nothing wrong or indiscretionary. The facts are pretty simple, you don’t know me, my sister, or my mother like I do after 55 years of living as family, so save your personal opinions about any of us for your own thoughts. And about my decisions to collect POD funds or plead with someone to do the right things doesn’t make me wrong in any way sir! You lied to my attorney about information regarding at least two facts. Character counts!

I had high expectations of him but in the end his staff turned down my requests and told me there was nothing they could do in my case anymore, I don't think they fought for my interests hard enough. Every time I would call or go in they would seem upset or bothered. It looked as if they were eager to close my case instead of fighting for me!
