Offensive and inaccurate blame. I was blamed for failures in my medical care that were entirely outside my control. The firm questioned why I did not independently correct provider and referral failures, reflecting a deeply flawed and inappropriate understanding of how patients navigate healthcare. This approach was unprofessional and unacceptable.
