Unless you like to follow up multiple times by phone and email and ultimately drive to the office, don't use this firm. They also NEVER responded to emails regarding receipt of earnest monies which could have been a HUGE issue had the transaction not closed. Too much responsibility shrugged by this firm to be listed as a top class law firm in Raleigh. Spend your money and send your clients to a more reputable firm. Side note - this review would not have been posted had the representative for the firm acted remotely concerned when I made the trip there today. Better and more professional firms all over Raleigh.

You know, I used to recommend Mitch to everyone. My wife and I have needed his service a couple times lately and we can't even get a call back after leaving a message. At least have your assistant call us back and let us know you're too busy. It would be the polite thing to do. I found a better lawyer anyway, so I guess everything happens for a reason.
