If I could leave one star I definitely would. Currently writing this review as I sit on hold for now 20 minutes, and that’s after the first initial 20 minute hold when they pick up and transfer you after already holding. These losers have had my case since 2023. It wasn’t until 2025 that I finally got ahold of someone to talk to, and that’s because I sat on hold for over an hour. These people are IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF. When I finally got ahold of someone we set up a payment plan. My first payment my online account was magically “inactivated” so I had to call in, for some reason I wasn’t able to make a payment on the automated system. Well, it looks like I will be the next one in line giving a "glowing" review of this unscrupulous predatory law firm. Unfortunately, I had the joy of dealing with them (certainly not by choice) when the creditor I owed money to was sold to a debt collector which then hired this joke of a company to serve papers on me. I'll explain myself here. In December of 2025, I received a notice to appear in court from this law firm advising that I have been sued for debt that was charged off back in 2024. I received the notice from them and immediately forwarded it to the debt settlement company that is handling my outstanding debts owed across multiple credit cards and lines of credit I had. The settlement company then reached out to the plaintiff's lawyer that is planning to sue me for a resolutio

I would give a zero review if possible. I have a debt they negotiated with a creditor on 9/9/24 with a civil suit filed. I have tried to contact them for payment info and to go over the settlement stipulation to no avail. I would call, be put on hold for 15 to 20 mins, then it would disconnect. After reading the reviews I was not comfortable mailing a check without discussing the stipulation. I haven't heard a thing back from them. On 10/6/25 I paid $500.00 directly to the creditor, using one check I happened to have, after explaining the situation. This law firm deducted the money from my account without any recognition or type of receipt. By this time my negotiated amount increased. I was told by the creditor this was a one time courtesy, allowing me to pay them directly . I also was t

Went to court, easily came to a payment agreement and was supposed to be emailed the information to set up my payment account. Nothing. So I went to their website and figured out how to do it and made my first payment successfully. Tried logging in today to make my second payment 3 days early and my account is now showing inactive. Tried to pay by phone and it’s saying it can’t validate my account. I still haven’t received any email information or anything by regular mail to set anything else up. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. I sent an email to the email address listed in my court documentation, no response. I don’t understand what is happening or how to fix it and no one is available to speak to.

This place is a joke. I had my wages garnished for going on 14 months now to repay a car loan, I have kept track of every payment and it should be paid off within next month…I log on to their website only to find it still shows I owe $4,000. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, left countless voicemails to return my call - nothing. Finally got someone to answer, provided my file # and she said “not my department” and transferred me to…you guessed it, another voicemail. How is this allowed?
