Had an amazing experience with HD Law Partners from the Partner who first advised us ,Ray Haas, to the paralegals and the attorney who went with us to court (Keith Shevell), they provided excellent customer service, prompt communication, and I felt they were always looking out for our best interest. I received a Subpoena for a divorce Trial addressed to my professional practice from this firm with a very short notice prior to the trial date. I was not a party to the divorce case this firm was handling. I made multiple attempts to inform this firm and the lawyer Raymond Haas that I knew neither of the parties in either a personal or professional capacity and that the subpoena must had been a mistake. Mr. Haas failed to acknowledge my rather reasonable objections. I was not being called upon as an expert witness (a role which I am familiar with) and which recompenses an expert for their time and testimony after reviewing a party's medical history.
