I was in on Wednesday 3/26/25 to see Jim regarding an issue I was having with my Florida CCW application. He was kind enough to listen to my issue and give me the help I needed. Following his advice I called the state representatives office the next day and spoke with a staffer to explain my issue and problems with FDLE's responsiveness. He committed to calling me back before end of day to update me on his efforts to investigate the issue. Less than 2 hours later, he called me back to inform me that an investigator and a specialist investigative liaison had been engaged to address the issue with FDLE. I was then told that if I didn't hear anything back by today Friday 3/28/25, a follow would definitely be completed by no later than the next Friday at the outside. At 3:10pm that same
