Slow to wire funds they have been holding for 7 days and counting. It seems crooked as to why I can't get a clear answer when my funds will be wired to my account. Can't pickup a check because allegedly nobody is there to sign. Sharon and Nancy aren't exactly friendly or efficient. Sub par for industry standards. Do not recommend.

Just did our closing on our house yesterday and they were able to get us out in under 30 minutes. Everybody was very nice and it could not have been a better experience.

BEWARE: My partner sold her house and they were the closing attorney. Closing was on Friday at 11am and they told us that the wire for the proceeds were sent at 445 on Friday. I called back on Monday morning and was told it was actually sent at 845 Monday morning. I’m now being faced with paying 3 days more in interest at all the places I needed to pay off with the proceeds. Response to below comment: again, the issue was that I have your office on a recorded line stating they sent the wire on Friday and then again on a recorded line on Monday stating it was actually sent Monday. We both work for a bank and have access to wires, we know when a wire has been sent and we have since verified that the wire was never submitted on Friday AS STATED ON A RECORDED LINE.
