A year ago I was in a hard situation due to a lawsuit, I contacted this law firm that was recommended by a family friend, long story short Mr Gonzalez asked a few questions sent out a few letters, we had shook on 700 and change that would pay him to get the ball rolling in the end with just the letter he sent to the insurance company was enough to get their attention when I went back to pay him for his counseling services he wouldn’t take the money all he took was 200 for his services, very honest man and wonder human above all thank you for your help sir. INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL NO TRIAL EXPERIENCE GIVES FALSE INFORMATION DOES ABSOLUTELY NO ACTUAL ATTORNEY WORK NOT A GOOD ATTORNEY TO HIRE This attorney as well as his staff have a horrible attitude . They get upset when you’re not as dumb as you look and are only looking for a paycheck. This attorney spoke with us very few times but claimed they continued with our case well passed the actual date. He was still getting paid but never spoke to us due to him being offended we were correcting him simply because he was Horrible at what he does. Nueces county has employees that are very corrupt and this needs to be looked into

Didn’t represent me to his level of expertise but willing to take the judicial position that he is clearly qualified for. One day. Possibly. Who knows. I tried. Oh well. Delayed 5 days due to (witness) not appearing because ADA didn’t drop the case due to no evidence but also because the arrest warrant didn’t match the police report which automatically throws it out my incarceration for charges that should’ve been dropped. High bond amount 25k for the charge Because the amount is better for the jail when it’s a mildew/mold. infestation of rats as well. Unsanitary for inmates and their staff as well.
