Any realtor who cares about prestige and is thinking about utilizing this firm for contractual work should instead seek better counsel. They drafted a lease so poor, a first year law student could have composed better language, structure, and formatting. Deal nearly fell through in specific attribution to the parsing of language required by both landlord and tenant, and the associated friction which emerged from said discussions. UPDATE The signatories requested several modifications to the boilerplate lease. After sitting on the request for four days, they responded at the end of day on the fourth day. The firm refused to make certain edits, but stated they’d apply other requested edits. When they sent over a “revised” lease, they’d neglected to even make the changes which they agr
