I would not trust this law firm to do the right thing when it matters. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable depending on them during a difficult or high-stakes time in my life.

Worst Estate Planning Experience Ever! This firm was on a list of attorneys for estate planning as obtained from our financial advisor. We engaged the firm in mid-2021 to update our estate documents. It is now June 2022 and we still don't have a draft of the updated documents. We provided documentation to support the updates required - the attorney lost the documentation and we had to provide again. But still no draft. The attorney never responds to requests. No one should use this firm for any business. We have engaged another firm to update our documents. Follow-up - In addition to the above, I sent a message to the firm about my experience. Almost immediately after I sent that message I received a phone call from Mr Hemphill who apologized profusely for the experience we have had and
