i stand by my rating of this law firm bc the firm got me the settlement i thought was decent. kendal was my go to and he treated me like a client when he needed to and like a friend when he needed to. he was reassuring and patient through and through while being honest and keeping it 100% real with me. talk to him, you’ll see. you cant help but feel calm and in good hands when you speak to kendal. diana kept me informed and up to date on all appts and exams, she made sure everything was going smoothly and at my convenience. thank you to everyone who stuck it through all this time. i never hope to have to get legal aid for an accident again but if i need to i will always go to this firm.

I had an accident 20 months ago. I got to work with Henry Kim but I just realized that he had given up my case. I tried to contact him why he gave up my case but I was never able to contact him for 2 months. He is not providing any reasons why he had given up my case. Now that i changed my lawyer it is so much better. Please do not waste your time and money working with Henry for any of ur lawsuits or any cases. I definitely do not recommend him to anyone. I am legit so upset with him. Please dont waste your precious time and money.

It took 2 years and 3 months to settle my case and he paid the bills without letting me know how much. It took more than a month for to to receive my check from the date I signed my final paper. The receptionist told me he'd call before he took out any portion from my check, but he never did. Not recommending to others.
