Only cares about big paydays.. do not waste your time! We had reached out to them due to faulty construction that causes nearly 20K in damage in our home. Cut and dry case since the construction is under warranty and we had videos from the plaintiff admitting where the fault was, as well as several photos, affidavits and, videos from other contractors explaining where the fault was and who was to blame. When I first spoke to them, they seemed willing and able to help and even followed up to make sure I had all of the quotes and evidence compiled. It took me a dozen hours of my time to gather everything in an organized way to present it back to them. Then, after seeing the total amount recovered I received a phone call stating "we have a full caseload, call the local bar." Never spoke
