I was told that my documents would be prepared and submitted to the court, but after months of waiting, I learned that nothing had actually been filed. Throughout the process, communication was extremely poor, messages went unanswered, and it became almost impossible to get a clear update on the status of my case. I trusted Josie with an important matter, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness caused me significant stress and delay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services.
