Had a consultation with him in 2018 for a probate case for my wife’s mother and her grandmother Which she told us to stay with the current probate for my wife’s mother, which was bad advice that we did not listen to we hired another probate office out of Wildwood That got the probate closed three weeks after we hired them As it was a pretty simple case, my wife was the last air of her family, no brothers no sisters nobody to fight And on the grandmother’s probate, there was like four or five Grand of unclaimed money, which he told me it would cost all that money plus money out of my pocket for him to retrieve that money so of course I did not tell him go ahead. Why would I pay him to give him money? And now here it is in 2025 and he sends me this invoice for $175 trying to say he sent it

I had to keep calling and emailing them to get updates on the supposed case and half the time they didn't get back to me. After waiting over 6 months and no idea if any progress had been made, we decided to call it quits.
