Update RESOLVED….Not friendly or helpful wouldn’t give me the balance on an account from 2021. Saying they didn’t have a release on file from an attorney that I no longer need . The case was settled and the judgement is being paid faithfully via eft funds every month. Why in 2025 would they need a release? I will be so happy when this is OVER

This law firm is sending me harassment mail trying to take me to court for a vehicle that I no longer have since 2019 and I gave the vehicle back voluntarily. We are now in 2025 and I’m struggling each and every day with bills due to this bad economy!! Shame on this law firm for going after people that can’t make a decent living wage to support themselves!!

Awful people. Couldn’t be more pleased about the lawsuit against them and the subsequent compensation I received from them ILLEGALLY suspending my driver’s license. Y’all deserve worse

I wasn’t informed that my account had been transferred to a different company, and the autopay was not carried over. Because of this, my payment wasn’t collected, and I had to figure out on my own how to make the payment

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience with this law company. I first got introduced to them in 2023 and I have been paying them for almost 2 years. I never thought this would happen to me. The communication with this company is awful. Sometimes you have people that respond to you and sometimes you don’t. I never was told that I had to pay over 20 K to this company because I got sued from a car accident. If I knew that I had to pay over 20 K in payments, I would’ve got a lawyer to got the amount lowered. My insurance didn’t even pay anything to help me as much to this company. I still have to pay over 20 K. I am a single mother of 2 and living on a fixed income and I have to provide for my girls myself and my bills I honestly cannot wait til the last day that I make a payment
