Terrible communication skills. Called the other day just to inquire about a potential case, & was told to "tuck my tail in and go back to where I was wronged." I thought lawyers were supposed to fight for the people shame on Mr.Wall. Wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone if they have these so called "lawyers" working there.

I was formally made aware of 2 liens placed on my home by this law firm through my HOA. After doing some digging and research, I found on the county court website that there were actually 3 liens placed under my name. I told Rita about the 3rd one and she just said it was a mistake she made. She never was forthright to admit her mistake. I had to ask her about it cause she never mentioned anything about it. As I've been told by Rita, these liens stay with you. The extra lien under my name which was THEIR MISTAKE makes a horrible experience even worse. I made sure it was dropped because I didn't want it to appear that it was still pending. Do your research dealing with this law firm and document everything. I don't trust most lawyers for this very reason.

If I could give zero stars I wouldn’t think twice!! Rita G is the most hateful human being. I called her for assistance in my case that was sent to her and she said the rudest comments. So unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend her to even a to a millionaire. She was upset because I paid off the debt through where I owed and not through her and over charged me for attorney fees just because she could. She said my debt should have went to foreclosure. Unethical. The only nice person was the lady that answered the phone to route my call.

If this law firm is handling your litigation, you are in trouble! If giving someone zero stars was possible, that is what I would do because one star is definitely too much. There is absolutely no customer service here, and you were likely nothing more than a paycheck for the firm. I have been reaching out regarding a case that they are handling for me and they refuse to answer my emails, Answer my phone calls or respect me enough to call back.. if I were you, I would most definitely shop around.

I talked to Attorney Robertson about family matter. I then told him what I did for a living. He then told me that I probably couldn't afford his regular rate so he would just charge me a flat rate. I think that was very unprofessional and very not classy! Little do he know both of my parents are doctors, uncle doctor, three cousins that are also attorneys, the list goes on!!!!! I definitely want be doing business here!!!! Never judge a book by its cover!!!!
